The Black River Booster Club recently presented commemorative jackets and plaque to the Black River High School girls' varsity softball team, recognizing their Vt. state high school Division IV softball championship last spring.
Bruce Schmidt, President of the BRHS Booster Club, presented the gifts to the players, with special mention of the graduating seniors who are now attending college. The Booster Club thanks all of its partners who supported the pocket schedules program. It is through this and the support of concession sales and other fundraisers, that the Booster Club is able to recognize the athletes and academic achievements at BRHS.
