The Town of Ludlow recently held its' annual Winter Carnival. The three day event featured the Red, White & Blue Ball dance at the Black River Academy Museum (hosted by the Gill Odd Fellows), a village scavenger hunt, a community snow sculpture contest, the Okemo Fun Race for Kids, the Red, White & Blue Parade and a spectacular fireworks display at Dorsey Park.
