Library presented with sculptor Smith's key

A large brass key fashioned by internationally renowned sculptor David Smith - a Bolton resident until his death in 1965 - was recently presented to the Bolton Free Library by Smith's daughter, Candida Smith, on behalf of the David Smith estate.

The Key, once presented as a quasi joke to local municipal officials, is now on display prominently in the library. It is a true piece of history and a great addition to the library and community.
