PLATTSBURGH - The Elmore SPCA animal shelter will be participating in PetSmart's Adopt-a-Pet Weekend Friday, Feb. 12, through Monday, Feb. 15, daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Several adoptable pets will be on-site to meet. SPCA board members will be available to answer questions about shelter animals.
