•Jose Dickson, 26, of Troy appeared on a Felony charge of first-degree Criminal Contempt and a violation of Speeding 77 in a 65 mph zone. Police said Dickson disobeyed an order of protection issued by a North Greenbush Court by hosting Kelly Fox, 23 of Troy, who was specified in the order of protection, in the vehicle with him when he was stopped for speeding Jan. 12.

•Kelly Fox, 23, of Troy was arraigned on a Misdemeanor charge of False Impersonation for giving a fake name to the officer arresting Jose Dickson when he was stopped Jan. 12 for speeding. Both Fox and Dickson are now free on bail. Dickson's bail had been set at $10,000 cash but he raised it.

•Vincent J. Rathbun, 40, of Lake George, appeared in court on Felony charge of second-degree Attempted Assault as well as the Misdemeanors of Driving While Intoxicated, first-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Resisting Arrest, plus a violation of fourth degree Criminal Mischief, and the infractions of Refusing a Breath Test and Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.

His case was adjourned so his attorney could hold a conference with the prosecutor.

When a patrol officer arrested him Dec. 11 for suspected Driving While Intoxicated and was driving him in his patrol car towards police headquarters, Rathbun kicked at the car's rear window, then kicked the legs of the patrol officer who stopped and exited the car and attempted to restrain him, police said.

Rathbun is facing other Misdemeanor charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated DWI from a previous incident.

•Charles Frasier, 25, of Warrensburg was back in court Jan. 27 after an arraignment two days earlier on a charge of third-degree Unauthorized Used of a Motor Vehicle. Records indicate Frasier's father filed a complaint that Frasier drove off in his father's Plymouth Voyager minivan without permission. Frasier requested the services of an attorney, and the case is due back in court Feb. 10.
