PLATTSBURGH - Police arrested Chad Willis, 38, Plattsburgh, Dec. 3, for allegedly breaking into his neighbor's room at the Beacon Motel.
Willis allegedly committed the crime sometime before 1:50 p.m. Nov. 28.
Police arrested him at 2:11 p.m. and charged him with second-degree burglary, a felony.
He was arraigned the same day in the Town of Plattsburgh Court and remanded to Clinton County Jail without bail.
