Police: Woman chops up victim's boots, steals possessions, then threatens her

• The case of Leah M. Printy, 37, of County Route 29, Olmstedville, was rescheduled for Dec. 1. She is facing a felony charge of driving while intoxicated based on a traffic stop 3:20 a.m. Oct. 31 on River Street after making an improper left-hand turn. She is also charged with illegal consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Her blood alcohol level tested 0.14 in a breath test, court records say.

• Pauline V. Buckler, 49, of Ridge Avenue, Warrensburg, pleaded guilty to DWI. She was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to have an ignition interlock installed and operating for one year. She faces a fine and surcharge totaling $900, and was ordered to attend a victim impact panel, plus she had her license revoked for six months. She was ordered to pay restitution to a gas station for $139, where she had caused damage just prior to her arrest. She had originally been charged with leaving the scene of an accident and aggravated DWI as well as DWI, based on an Aug. 28 incident, when she was stopped after the collision, and had blown a 0.28 blood-alcohol level. Police said she was driving drunk to the extent she was unable to count her fingers when stopped.

• Joshua P. Clark, 23, of Hudson Street, Warrensburg was granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal. He was charged with the misdemeanor of trespass, based on an incident weeks ago for being on the Warren County Fish Hatchery property in Warrensburg while the premises were closed to the public. He was ordered to perform 24 hours of community service.

• Judge Mindy Fisk granted landlord Gale Freiberger the privilege of evicting Gary LaRose out of his rented residence at 163 River St., Warrensburg for failure to pay two months rent totaling $1,200. She also won a $1,220 judgement against LaRose.

• The cases of Joshua Perkins and Kevin Pickette were adjourned to Dec. 15. The cases of Bridget Giernacky, Laurie Kennedy, John Peluso, Wayne Kennedy Jr., and Wayne Kennedy Sr. were adjourned to Dec. 1.
