TICONDEROGA - Ticonderoga Elks will be hosting a Spaghetti Dinner Friday, Dec. 10 from 4-7 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Elks Christmas Charities Program that delivers over 250 food baskets to the needed on Christmas Eve. Cost is by donation. Santa will be there.
