Jujutsu Club changes locations

TICONDEROGA - The Ticonderoga Jujutsu Club has moved from its present location (Will Power Fitness) back to the Community Building auditorium. Classes will continue to be offered every Thursday starting at 7pm. Please enter through the rear (DMV) entrance. Matzukazi Ryu Jujutsu is a practical form of self defense that encompasses four major areas of study: atemi waza (striking techniques) which include kicks, punches, and blocks, nage waza (throwing techniques) including projections and throws, kansetsu waza (Joint techniques), and ne waza (grappling techniques) This is an excellent way to improve balance and coordination, and is great physical exercise.

The Ticonderoga club is a member of the Matsukazi Ryu Karate, Kobudo, Aikido, and Jujutsu Federation. The TJC is a Black Belt School and awarded rank is recognized both nationally and internationally. Classes are open to men and women ages 13 and up.
