The State Police in New Haven are seeing an increase in car vandalisms and thefts at favorite swimming pull offs and hiking trails. Locations include Bartlett Falls in Bristol, the Silver Lake hiking trail in Salisbury, and Kampersville on Lake Dunmore. Motorists are reminded to lock their vehicles, and remove any valuables from their vehicles, while left unattended.
