PORT HENRY - The village of Port Henry board of trustees will hold a special meeting immediately following the public hearing scheduled for 7 p.m. regarding the 2010-2011 fiscal year budget, on Monday April 19, at the village hall located at 4303 Main St. All board meetings are open to the public.
