What a beautiful Easter weekend. Hope everyone had a great Easter. The weather was gorgeous and the day had a nice gentle breeze.
The frogs are out and letting us know that it is really spring. Lots of different birds are singing their spring songs.
The Easter Scavenger Egg Hunt at Camp Triumph was a great success on Saturday. At least 36 children and many adults looked for over 600 hidden eggs.
Andilynn Cleveland celebrated her first birthday a week early with a party at the Wevertown Firehouse.
Bill and Baraba Hopkins are home from Florida for at least the summer.
The children in the area are glad to be out of school for Spring Break.
Ona Dunkley was pleased to have several of her family members with her for Easter Dinner.
Mary Russell also had many of her family with her over the weekend.
The sunrise service was beautiful even though there was a cold wind.
Fabiann Conlon celebrated his 40th birthday with his family, Amber, Dauphin, Kurt and Nate and Amber's parents, Corky and Penny Goodspeed.
Merle Coulter and daughter, Charlene enjoyed two weeks in Florida.
We are sorry to hear about the death of: Pauline Archambeau, Jere Bennett and Mary Wallace.
Muriel LaPointe and Joelene Slater went on a cruise on the NCL Dawn Ship to the Western Caribbean, stopping in Mexico. They visited relatives in Richmond, VA on their way to board the ship in Miami. They both had a great time.
Deana Wood spent her weeks vacation in Richmond, V where she visited the Oliver family. Some were the nieces and nephew's of Dean Hitchcock. The family just lost their brother, Stephen Oliver to cancer. He was only 58 years old.
