Family Fun Night at the YMCA will be held Friday April 16 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This free fun night is open to all families. There will be swimming, crafts, and games offered.

Vendors are being sought for the Thurman Station Farmers Market which will be starting up in June and run until October, each Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Call Sheryl 623-9718 to answer all your questions.

Are there any volunteers who would like to occasionally help out with projects on the Town Youth Commission? Leave you name and phone number with Maria at 623-9961, and she will notify you when help is needed.

Also volunteers are needed for the organization of the annual Christmas basket drive. Call 623-2909 or 623-2580.

Would you like to volunteer to help all town residents and become an Emergency medical Services squad member? Call 623-9014 and leave your name and number.

Volunteers will soon be needed to put up signs and to help with publicity for the townwide sale. Call 623-9305.

Remember, becoming a volunteer gives you the chance to meet your neighbors and to make new friends.
