Eggstra, Eggstra! Read All About It! Downtown Rutland plans big 'Easter Egg Scramble'

RUTLAND-All youngsters between the ages of 2 and 8 are invited to participate in this year's Downtown Rutland Partnership's "Easter Egg Scramble" in Depot Park, this Saturday, April 3.

The park is located adjacent to Walmart in downtown Rutland.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and will take 30 minutes, so come early to enjoy beverages and goodies donated by Price Chopper. Children must bring their own basket for egg collection.

Two lucky children will walk away with a brand new bicycle from Walmart.

The two door-prize winners must be present to win.

Walmart, Price Chopper, Downtown Rutland Partnership, and Catamount Radio host this year's event. Jelly beans are a gift from Sam Frank, Inc., located at 15 Center St in Rutland.
