TICONDEROGA - The Adirondack Torch Club will meet on Thursday, Oct. 1, at Emerald's Restaurant at 6 p.m.. The evening's topic will be "Steamboating on Lake Champlain," presented by Rich Strum, director of education at Fort Ticonderoga.
