Farms open their doors and pastures to the public

In conjunction with Raw Milk Open Farm Day, two of the participating farms will be hosting dairy processing classes from 1-4 p.m. "Beyond Milk" will teach participants how to turn that creamy delicious raw milk into products like cheese, butter, yogurt, and ice cream. Classes will be held at Flack Family Farm in Fairfield and Hope Roots Farm in Westminster. Pre-registration is required for these, and there is a fee.
