State qualifiers lead Ti

TICONDEROGA - A pair of state qualifiers return to lead the Ticonderoga gymnastics team this season.

Chelsea Budwick, a senior, and Amanda Charlton, a junior, return after making it to the state championships a year ago.

Budwick is expected to compete in the all-around this fall along with fellow senior Jamie Patchett.

Charlton is a balance beam and floor exercise specialist.

Ryann Wiktorko will do the vault, beam and floor exercise and Jessica Forkas will do the vault. Both are juniors.

Sierra Woodard, Emily Namer and Megan Schryer are sophomore gymnasts. Woodard will compete in the beam and bars, Namer on the beam and Schryer on the beam.

Rounding out the roster are freshmen Joann Campbell, Keely Cooper and Kelsey Wertz and eighth grader Devin davis.

Campbell will compete in the all-around. Cooper and Wertz will try all event. Davis will do vault, bars and floor exercise.

Coaching the Sentinels is Dee Donohue, assisted by Diane Granger.
