PLATTSBURGH - The New York State Department of Transportation and the City of Plattsburgh will hold a public informational meeting at City Hall Thursday, Oct. 22, beginning at 5 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss Phase 1 of the proposed Saranac River Multi-Use Path and to obtain comments on the proposed project from individuals, groups, officials and local agencies. The NYSDOT and city are specifically soliciting comments on the development of alternatives for the project and comments on the project's social, economic and environmental effects
