The Basin 10 Watershed Council is meeting to discuss water quality conditions in the Black and Ottauquechee River watersheds on Tuesday, October 20 at the Cavendish Town Office Building on High Street in Cavendish village.
Public input is essential to making the plan a meaningful guidance document for the Agency of Natural Resources, so plan to attend.
