MIDDLEBURY-Residents and businesses near Route 7 south of Middlebury lost electrical power for over 90 minutes during the early morning of Oct. 8.
The outage occurred when an automobile collided with a utility pole along Route 7. The scene of the accident was located across the busy highway from G. Stone Motors in Middlebury.
While power was quickly restored, CVPS repair crews routed traffic around G. Stone for several hours in the morning to make final repairs.
