Ken Lushia, West Chazy, holds a copy of a resolution passed by the Clinton County Board of Legislators in honor of his late wife, Sandra Lushia, who died in a car crash March 31. A bike ride was held in honor of Sandra Sept. 19, beginning at Clinton Community College.
