Clinton County Court sentencings reported

David Joy Jr., 32, Schuyler Falls, pleaded guilty to two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Joy was sentenced to 3 years prison and 2 years post-release supervision and had his license suspended. He was further ordered to pay restitution, DNA sample fee, surcharges and a crime victim fee.

Dawn Deloria, 40, Champlain, pleaded guilty to felony DWI. Deloria was sentenced to 5 years probation and had her license revoked. She was further ordered to pay fines, surcharges and a crime victim fee.

Anna Jarrett, 32, Rouses Point, pleaded guilty to felony aggravated DWI. Jarrett was sentenced to 5 years probation and ordered to participate in Clinton County Drug Court. She was further ordered to pay a fine and surcharge.

Linwood Latney, 56, Chazy, pleaded guilty to first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Latney was sentenced to 5 years probation and 100 hours community service. He was further ordered to pay fines, a surcharge and full restitution.

Michael Manley, 33, Port Henry, pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse. Manley was sentenced to 6 months jail and 10 years probation. An order of protection was issued against him and he was ordered to register as a sex offender. He was further ordered to pay fines, surcharges and fees.
