Clinton County Court sentencings reported

PLATTSBURGH - The following sentencings, furnished by the Clinton County District Attorney's office, were recently recorded in Clinton County Court.

Alisa King, 45, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. King was sentenced to 5 years probation with Clinton County Drug Court, 100 hours community service and ordered to pay a DNA sample fee, surcharge and restitution.

Aleshia Baldwin, 28, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Baldwin was sentenced to 6 months jail and 5 years probation. She was further ordered to pay restitution, DNA sample fee, surcharge and a crime victim fee.

Joseph Reynolds, 32, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Reynolds was sentenced to 1-3 years prison and further ordered to pay restitution, surcharge, DNA sample fee and a crime victim fee.

Joshua Corron, 21, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to four counts of third-degree burglary. Corron was sentenced as a second felony offender to 3-6 years prison on each count to run concurrently. He was further ordered to pay full restitution and a DNA sample fee.

Raleigh Eldred, 62, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary. Eldred was sentenced as second-degree felony offender to 2-4 years state prison. Eldred was further ordered to pay a DNA sample fee, fines and surcharges.

Miguel Jackson, 21, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. Jackson was sentenced as a second-degree felony offender to 3 years determinate, 3 years post-release supervision and had his license suspended. He was further ordered to pay a DNA sample fee and surcharges.

Nicholas Necrason, 21, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary and second-degree forgery. Necrason was sentenced to 5 years probation and ordered to pay a crime victim fee, surcharge and DNA sample fee.
