Food association welcomes new members

The Rutland-based Vermont Specialty Food Association welcomed new members to its organization:

•Blackflower Chocolate, handcrafted chocolate bars and fruit and nut barks of Charlotte.

•Brown & Jenkins Trading Co., gourmet coffee roaster, retail sales, wholesale, of Cambridge.

•Deva Naturals, LLC, home of freeze-dried mangosteen, a sweet food, of South Burlington.

The Vermont Specialty Food Association is a statewide organization representing approximately 120 food producers and 20 suppliers to the industry. It is one of the nation's largest statewide associations for the specialty food trade.
