Michael and Alison Matot are the new owners of the Fort Ticonderoga Ferry. The Shoreham, Vt., couple opened the ferry for the season starting April 25. The ferry, believed the oldest in the U.S., makes continuous eight-minute runs between Ticonderoga and Shoreham.
