PLATTSBURGH - The Diabetes Education Center at CVPH Medical Center is offering a 4-week session of the Diabetes Self Management Education program beginning Monday, March 30.
Classes are held at a variety times to accommodate registrants schedules. They will be held at 10 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. each Monday. All classes will be held in the third floor conference room of the Miner Medical Arts Building, 214 Cornelia St., on the CVPH campus.
A physician referral is needed to register for the program. For assistance in obtaining a referral to the program, to register or to learn more about the Diabetes Education Center at CVPH, call Heather Lacey at 562-7326.
