MINERVA - With nine calls in February added to 11 in January, Minerva Emergency Medical Services is on track to receiving 120 calls during 2009. The February calls included three emergency trips to Glens Falls Hospital, two cancelled calls, a stand-by, a non-emergency transport, a false alarm and a "no patient found" call.
A dozen rescue squad members volunteered their time on these calls, including both in-ambulance and on-scene time.
