PLATTSBURGH - The Battle of Plattsburgh Commemoration Committee will host "A Taste of the Tavern," a fundraiser dinner, Saturday, March 21, at the West Side Ballroom, 253 New York Ave.
The evening will consist of a dinner served from 5-8 p.m. The menu will include a variety of American and British entr es, soups, appetizers, and desserts, all for $15 per person.
Entertainment will be provided by "Towne Meeting," until 9 p.m.
Tickets are currently available in advance at The North Country Co-op, Cornerstone Bookstore, the Battle of Plattsburgh Association History Shoppe, and at the door.
A 50/50 raffle will be held, as well as a chance to win one, two, or three Cape Air tickets to Boston, Mass.
