By all accounts the Better Middlebury Partnership's first annual Winter Carnival and Chili Contest were a big success during the last week in February.
It is estimated that over a 1,000 people attended the event to sample chili, enter or watch a snowshoe race or watch a sled dog demonstration.
In case you did not get a t-shirt commemorating the event there are still a few available for only $10. Contact Gail Freidin at firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase yours.
