The village of Dannemora launched its summer concert series July 17 with a performance by the band Too Big for the Corner. Performances will continue at the gazebo on the corner of Cook and Flagg streets every Friday, beginning at 6:30 p.m., through Aug. 14. The next band scheduled to perform at the gazebo is The Back Porch Band, July 31. The rain location for each concert is the former Dannemora High School at the corner of Barker and Bouck streets.
