- Steven E. Cobb, 28, Ticonderoga, charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a non-criminal violation. He was arraigned in Jay Town Court and remanded to Essex County Jail without bail;
- Leon J. Taylor, 51, of Moriah, who was charged with two felony counts of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana.. He was arraigned in the town of Moriah Court and remanded to Essex County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond; and
- Dillon J. West, 22, of Peru, charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and a count of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in the Ticonderoga Town Court and sent to Essex County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond.
The case was investigated by the State Police, police departments from Ticonderoga, Lake Placid and Saranac Lake, the Essex County Sheriff's Office and Essex County District Attorney's Office.
