SOUTH BURLINGTON - Antique guns and knifes will be a big part of the Green Mountain Gun and Knife Show table displays scheduled for Jan. 17-18 at the South Burlington Holiday Inn, I-89 exit 14E.
Collectors from all across the northeast will be buying, selling and trading. Guns that are dated as far back as the Civil War and modern guns as well will be available to the general public. History can be found on anyone of the more than 100 tables that will make up the show.
The public is invited to bring in any gun that they would like to sell or trade. Finding out the value of a family heirloom gun or knife is a free service the show provides. Many of the gun collectors will be able to give you some history on your gun or knife.
The show opens on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more show information call 875-4540.
