On Dec. 26, at approximately 8:24 p.m., James H Kilpeck, 25, of Richmond was arrested for suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop by Officer Rick Greenough of the Richmond Police Department. Kilpeck was processed and released with a citation to appear in Chittenden District Court on Jan. 17.
