QUEENSBURY - Throughout the month of January, Hannaford grocery store on Quaker Road will be collecting donations at their coin drop kiosk to benefit High Peaks Hospice, an agency official announced Monday.
"We are very appreciative," said Sunday Conine of High Peaks "During this season of giving, we appeal to our friends and neighbors to partner with us by visiting the local Hannaford and participating in the coin drop."
High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. provides a holistic approach to end-of-life care. The agency's team includes nurses, social workers, home health aides, a hospice physician, a bereavement counselor, trained volunteers, chaplains, nutrition counselors and therapists.
