KEESEVILLE - The Anderson Falls Heritage Society, located on the second floor of the Keeseville Civic Center, will feature a presentation by John Kruger of the Kent-Delord House Museum. The event will be held Thursday, Jan. 22, beginning at 7 p.m.
Kruger will speak about "The Real American Revolution," based on the belief of John Adams it was the events that took place from 1760-1775 that represented the "real" revolution. Kruger will take the audience through a discussion of 15 years of major events and personalities, culminating with the signing of the Declaration of Independence in July 1776.
Kruger's talk will be based on his early career at Fort Ticonderoga, his years of teaching at the University of Vermont, and his long-time admiration and respect for our second president.
