Accident brings sadness to community

Our community was greeting the New Year with the news of a tragic automobile accident that took the life of Keshia Pierce and left Ryan Bruno in critical condition. This brought sadness to the whole community as we never like to loose those so young. We also learned that Vivian Ball's mother passed away on New Year Day. A memorial fund is being established at the Willsboro United Methodist church in her Mother's memory anyone interested is welcome to contribute and the family will be notified. Even with the sadness, joy did creep in as we learned that Dona & Richard Lindsay welcomed their first grandchild. Landon Christopher Dougal came into the world on Christmas night weighing a hefty 9 lbs 11 ozs. He is the son of Nichole & Chris Dougal that live in Lewis. The baby is also blessed with a proud Aunt Denice, I feel this baby could get a lot of spoiling in the days ahead.
