TICONDEROGA - North Country Community College, 11 Hawkeye Trail, Ticonderoga, will host five-hour pre-licensing courses March 15, April 19, May 3, June 30, July 21, Sept. 20, Oct. 18 and Nov. 22 in room 221.
Students must pre-register in person at NCCC and must have a driver's permit and a $30 registration fee. They must complete the registration form and have a parent or guardian present to sign the form if younger than age 18.
