CYC gets skate park grant for Ti

TICONDEROGA - CYC Connecting Youth & Communities and PRIDE of Ticonderoga Inc. have received a grant for $3,000 from Ronald McDonald House Charities to support the Ticonderoga skate park project.

The project has been an on-going effort of CYC and PRIDE for two years. These organizations have been working closely with youth from Ticonderoga Middle and High School's CFES College For Every Student program. Through their leadership youth have helped to develop a plan where a skate park will be installed in Ticonderoga.

Ronald McDonald Charities is the first organization to support the Ticonderoga skate park effort. For more information about CYC and the skate park project call 585-6366.
