NEW RUSSIA - The Democratic Women of Essex County (DWEC) will hold its Annual Luncheon Meeting on Saturday, March 7, from 11:30 to 2 p.m., at the home of Margaret Bartley, Otis Lane, New Russia.
At the business meeting new officers will be elected.
