Joseph J. Budwick, 36, Elizabethtown, was found guilty of robbery in the first degree, a class B violent felony and attempted burglary in the third degree, a class E felony. He was sentenced as a second felony offender to 20 years in prison with five years post-release supervision, restitution, surcharges and fees, DNA sample, and compliance with two protection orders.

Anthony P. Tompkins, 57, Ticonderoga, was found guilty of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to one year in prison, fines, surcharges and fees, DNA sample, and compliance with an order of protection.

Amy M. Carmody, 42, Lake Placid, was found guilty of felony DWI. She was sentenced to five years probation, fines, surcharges and fees, and one year revokation of drivers license.

Michael J. Appel, 29, Waterford, was found guilty of felony DWI. He was sentenced to five years probation, fines, surcharges and fees, and one year revokation of drivers license.
