NEWCOMB - Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) is starting a chapter in Newcomb. The first meeting will be held on Jan. 6 at 6:30 at the Senior Center on 28N. Debra Allen, a coordinator from Queensbury will be present to answer questions. The first meeting is free and a $26/yr due will be paid upon joining and then $1/week after that.
