• Maigan Richardson, 21, of Gansevoort pled Guilty to a charge of Facilitating Unlicensed Operation, a violation - a reduction from her original Misdemeanor charge of third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation based on an arrest Oct. 10. She was directed to pay $285 fines and surcharges.
• Raymond Hernandez, 39 of Glens Falls, pled Guilty to Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle - arising from a Nov. 14 incident - and he was directed to pay $285, a combination of a fine and surcharge.
• Alvin Millington, 19 of Johnsburg arraigned on a charge of second-degree Criminal Contempt, a Misdemeanor, for allegedly making a phone call in violation of an Order of Protection. His case was adjourned to Jan. 6.
