Concert set

CROWN POINT - The Siver Family Bluegrass Band will present a holiday concert at the First Congregational Church in Crown Point.

The program will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20. It will feature traditional Christmas songs.

The show is free, but there will be an opportunity to give an offering gift, which will be donated to the Ti/Crown Point Clergy Association's Emergency Fund. The Fund benefits those who need food, heat and additional assistance.

Following the program the church will serve hot apple cider and will be go out caroling around the park for those who wish to participate in this family activity. All are welcome.

"On behalf of the First Congregational Church and the Siver family, we send out an open invitation to attend this joyous event and celebrate this wonderful Christmas season," said Pastor David Hirtle. "Come sing, come listen, but most of all please come."
