SARANAC LAKE - North Country Community College will be hosting their 24th Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair on Sunday, Dec. 6. The event will be hosted in the Sparks Athletic Complex Alumni Gymnasium from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In order to maintain the "hand-crafted" integrity of the event, only items personally handcrafted by the artisan will be accepted for display.
