Bank elects McLaughlin to board

MIDDLEBURY - The National Bank of Middlebury Board of Directors has elected Michael G. McLaughlin to the bank board.

"Mike brings years of experience working in west central Vermont. His knowledge of the regional business environment will be especially helpful for the bank," said John McCardell, chairman of the board. "We are delighted to have him on board."

McLaughlin has been with Bread Loaf Corporation for over 11 years. He has worked as a project manager, estimator and director of business development.

He received his Bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Md.

McLaughlin serves as a board member on the Addison County Chamber of Commerce, the Addison County Economic Development Corporation and is a past president of the Associated General Contractors of Vermont.

He lives in North Ferrisburgh with his wife, Amy, and their three children.
