TICONDEROGA - Cynthia Green Phillips and Jack Allen Rathbone were joined in matrimony Dec. 31, 2008, in a private ceremony on Halfmoon beach, Negril, Jamaica, West Indies.
The Rev. Joseph Campbell officiated.
The bride was accompanied by her two daughters Bonnie and Elsie Phillips.
Mr. Rathbone is a massage therapist and owner of Tree of Life Massage in Ticonderoga.
Mrs. Rathbone is a nurse educator at North Country Community College in Ticonderoga.
