The proposed Crown Point Central School 2009-10 budget is not yet ready, Brannock said. The public will vote on the proposed budget May 19.
Seven other non-union employees in the district had previously agreed to a pay freeze for 2009-2010 - the superintendent, administrative assistant, treasurer, deputy treasurer, special education chairperson, school psychologist and district clerk.
Brannock said the school theme, TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More), is evident in the decisions to forego pay raises.
"Many school employees and community members have been willing to help and have provided valuable input for cost savings by offering budget ideas and suggestions over the past two months," Brannock said. "The board of education and I are proud to represent our dedicated TEAM and thank all those who have reached out to support the Crown Point Central School and its students."
