Thru April 30, the Bolton Central Parent-Teacher Organization will be accepting letters of nomination for the group's "Citizen of the Year" award. To qualify as a candidate, the nominee should be someone who offers his or her time and talents, beyond duty, for the youth of Bolton in a non-paid position. Letters must be signed and can be mailed to the PTO, in care of the Bolton Central, and marked Citizen of the Year Nomination."
