Clinton County Court sentencings

Christin Knapp, 32, Plattsburgh, was found guilty after trial to driving while ability impaired as a misdemeanor. She was sentenced by to time-served and 3 years probation.

Tiffany Dapo, 19, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. She was sentenced to 5 years probation to include mental health court. She was further ordered to pay restitution, surcharge, crime victim fee and DNA sample fee.

Roderick Nolan, 20, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was sentenced to 2-6 years prison on the burglary charge and ordered to pay a surcharge, and 1-3 years prison on the other charge with surcharge and restitution.

Brandon Barber, 24, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to third-degree attempted arson. He was sentenced to time-served and placed on 5 years probation. He was further ordered to pay a surcharge, DNA sample fee, and crime victim fee.

John Druckemiller, 44, Plattsburgh, pleaded guilty to second-degree forgery and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was sentenced to 1-3 years state prison and ordered to pay a fine and surcharge. Druckemiller also pleaded guilty to felony DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. On those charges, he was sentenced to 1-3 years state prison and ordered to pay a fine and surcharge. The two sentences will run concurrently.

Justin Supple, 27, Saranac, pleaded guilty to felony DWI. He was sentenced 5 years probation and ordered to undergo alcohol evaluation and treatment. He was further ordered to pay a DNA sample fee, fine and surcharge.

Brandon Bilow, 23, Saranac, pleaded guilty to felony DWI and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to Drug Court, 5 years probation, 100 hours community service, one night in a victims impact panel. He further ordered to pay a $1,520 fine/surcharge and placed on GPS monitoring.

Craig Wright, 24, Schuyler Falls, pleaded guilty to felony DWI. He was sentenced to 5 years probation, and ordered to participate in a victims impact panel, alcohol evaluation and treatment. Wright was also ordered to pay a fine and surcharge.
