LAKE PLACID - The Essex County Business Council will host a networking event at the Visitors Center near the sugarhouse on Bear Cub Lane Thursday, April 16, from 5:30-7 p.m.
In addition to networking, attendees will also be able to sample fresh maple syrup made on-site. Special maple treats will be served with a variety of potato dishes from Cornell's seed potato research facility.
The event is open to members of the ECBC, Plattsburgh-North Country Chamber of Commerce and partner chambers of commerce. Nonmembers are encouraged to contact the ECBC for a special guest pass.
